I started out with a recipe that I found online but personal taste and what I had in the fridge meant it ended up a bit different 🙂
Salt and Pepper
- Oil the dish and add diced chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper, mix to ensure an even covering.
- Add hummus, mix to ensure even cover.
- Squeeze a lemon over the dish then slice it and garnish with it.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180C
