Review: Civic Video New Zealand
So we wanted to sign up today with Civic Video New Zealand.
They want a power, phone or rates bill, to prove address.
We told them we have prepaid power, so no bill.
We get emailed phone bills, so no paper bill.
And we rent, so no rates bill.
We said we had a letter from the NZTA, would that suffice? They said no.
So we can’t sign up with them. Great customer service.
Funniest bit, the reason we wanted to sign up was their ONLINE advertisement.
