Following the diet, today was day 6.
Eat SOUP, ALL the skinless CHICKEN, lean BEEF & FISH that you want… nothing else.
Not a great day today. Feeling tired, and like I really need to eat!
Day 1 started at 83.3kg.
Day 2 started at 82.6kg.
Day 3 started at 81.8kg.
Day 4 started at 81.8kg.
Day 5 started at 81.9kg.
Day 6 started at 81.6kg
Day 7 starts at 81.8kg
That’s a loss after 5 days of 1.5kg.
