Following the diet, today was day 5.
Eat SOUP, up to 8 TOMATOES and ALL the skinless CHICKEN, lean BEEF & FISH that you want. Nothing else.
Had tomato for breakfast, mixed with salt, pepper and some herbs. Wasn’t bad. Lunch was at mum’s so ended up with a bun, with tomatoe and chicken on it. Dinner was the soup with chicken in it, done in the crock pot.
Day 1 started at 83.3kg.
Day 2 started at 82.6kg.
Day 3 started at 81.8kg.
Day 4 started at 81.8kg.
Day 5 started at 81.9kg.
Day 6 starts at 81.6kg
That’s a loss after 5 days of 1.7kg.
