I just finished reading Beatrix Potter The Complete Tales
to the kids. All of us, me included, loved this series, all short stories, involving talking animals.
to the kids. All of us, me included, loved this series, all short stories, involving talking animals.My personal favourite was The Tale Of Two Bad Mice. It is the story of two mice, who take over a dollshouse. They break some items, and steal some, for their own mousehole. The mice do end up making amends to the little girl who owns the dollshouse.
These stories appealed to everyone, from the youngest 4 year old, through to the eldest 12 year old, and on to myself, who giggled through the stories too. A must read for any family
