"To Mama"
Nancy gave me a card this morning. It was address to Helene*, she’d crossed that out and she’d written ‘To Mama’ instead.
I checked it was for me, and she gave me a big hug and said ‘yes’, and I opened it.
The letter inside was aimed at Helene. I said that she’d obviously written the letter for Helene, and asked why she given it to me instead. She said that Helene wouldn’t have cared if she’d given it to her, and she knew that if she gave it to me that I’d give her a big cuddle and tell her that I loved her.
Awwww, I gave her a huge cuddle and told her I loved her very much.
Funny, how a letter not written for me, means the world to me
